Pusuant to G.S. 161-10
Effective October 1, 2011 the following fee struture will be implemented
Deeds of Trust: $56.00 for the first 15 pages plus $4.00 for each additional
page.
All other instruments (excluding UCC's, Plats, Satisfactions): $26.00 for the
first 15 pages plus $4.00 for each additional page.
When a subsequent instrument is presented for recording with reference to more
than one original instrument the fee shall be $25.00 for each additional
reference.
